A full measured survey of a commercial property in Hatherleigh was undertaken, before the building is set to undergo structural refurbishment to become a residential dwelling. Having seen enough horror films, we knew better than to venture into the pitch-black basement without lights but unfortunately it was necessary! It was crucial to capture every detail while being extremely careful not to cause any further damage to the structure. With accurate measurements and careful planning, this change of use is set to breathe new life into the damaged property.
