Full Measured Building Survey - Commercial Unit and Residential Flats, Barnstaple

Our latest project took us to Barnstaple, to carry out a survey on a mixed-function site. The building features a restaurant on the ground floor and four residential flats above, with detailed floor plans required for planning purposes. With a large communal staircase running through the core of the building and lots of different floor levels, this property did not disappoint. This was an exciting project to work on and we look forward to seeing what is achieved with this fantastic structure.
